Description
Rómer's House is a Renaissance bourgeois house in the historical center of Bratislava, on one of the oldest streets in the city, Zámočnícka Street. It is a national cultural monument. It gradually reveals its secrets to us. And we want to unveil them to all who are interested. During the tour, we will present the history of the building, showcase its architectural and construction gems, and explore the stories of its inhabitants. Thanks to the ongoing renovation, it is possible to explain the various construction phases of the house and traditional technologies. At the end of the tour, we will also take a look at its historical wine cellar, where a small tasting of local wine awaits you. Part of the tour is dedicated to the significant native of this house, František Rómer, in honor of whom the house is named Rómer's House.

The capacity of participants is limited to a maximum of 25 people.
Entry to the cellar is at your own risk, which you agree to by purchasing this ticket. Of course, it is not your obligation to enter these premises. You can decide on the spot.
If possible, plan some time for coffee or a glass of wine or beer in our café Rómerov dom after the tour.
